Recently, customers from Mexico and Portugal visited Linktron Systems Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Linktron”) in Suzhou for project pre-acceptance and design review.
Successful Pre-acceptance Meeting Customer Expectations
The cooperation between Linktron and the Mexican customer yielded fruitful results. During the pre-acceptance process, the relevant personnel from Lingchuang Electronics led the customers on a tour of the workshop, providing detailed explanations of the production line processes and technical details of the delivered projects, earnestly answering customer questions, and receiving unanimous approval. The horn assembly testing line, after years of technical accumulation, will be exported overseas for the first time.
Since taking over the project in August last year, Linktron has demonstrated excellent teamwork and efficient execution. With a united goal, the team strictly controls project milestones, focusing on improving efficiency and quality. The horn assembly testing line includes important processes such as automatic feeding assembly, riveting, gluing, pressing, automatic soldering, automatic magnetization, automatic sound testing, and automatic labeling. From design to production, every step strictly follows relevant standards and specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.

The client from Portugal is a long term stable and high quality customer of Linktron. This time, the customer visited Linktron to discuss the new project cooperation. The two sides discussed and exchanged ideas on the initial design review of the project, and we further understood the customer’s needs, and will continue to improve and perfect the project according to the suggestions in the next cooperation.
