This bench features a drive end with a rated power of 800 kW, a rated torque of 20,000 Nm, and a load end rated at 30,000 Nm. With a gearbox for torque reduction, the system can achieve torque up to 70,000 Nm. It supports the development and testing of heavy-duty commercial vehicle axles, electric drive axles, and wheel-end powertrains. Key tests include gear meshing tests, running-in tests, fatigue tests for primary and secondary gears, temperature rise tests, differential rotation fatigue tests, transmission efficiency tests, road resistance simulation tests, load spectrum simulation tests, capability feedback tests, and performance and durability testing of electric drive axle assemblies.
