Active Damping Valve Assembly & Testing Line

Automotive active damping valve is a cutting-edge suspension system technology that can adjust damping force in real-time at the microsecond scale according to the constantly evolving driving environment. The system receives multi-source sensor data including vehicle speed, road characteristics, load distribution, and driver operation through an electronic control unit (ECU). The ECU analyzes and processes these input data, and sends precise instructions to the actuator solenoid valve or hydraulic servo valve to adjust the opening and closing status of the damping valve. The core advantage of active damping technology lies in its ability to achieve continuous dynamic adjustment of damping force, ensuring vehicle handling performance while optimizing ride comfort. In rough road surfaces or intense driving situations, the system will enhance damping force to suppress vehicle vibration and maintain effective contact between the wheels and the road surface; in relatively stable road conditions, the damping force will be appropriately reduced to create a more peaceful riding environment.
