This aging equipment covers voltage levels of 400V/800V/1200V for single, dual, and integrated control products. The number of aging stations can be customized, with solutions available for online and offline aging (walk-in and cart-transferable). The system monitors bus voltage (0.2% accuracy), three-phase output current (0.1% accuracy), and CANFD bus data recording. Linktron’s self-developed multi-channel water cooler provides flow rates from 8-20 liters/min and temperature ranges from 20°C to 90°C. The software is highly customizable, allowing users to define aging times, load current curves, and more, with the ability to generate in-loop current curves post-testing.
