This aging equipment is composed of high-voltage power supplies, IGBT assembly drive control boards, IGBT temperature monitoring boards, custom high-frequency power inductors, and water coolers. The number of aging stations can be customized based on customer requirements, with the option to expand parallel testing for the devices under test. The system provides up to 1200V DC input, with load current expandable to 1000A. The drive board supports a maximum switching frequency of 100 kHz, with dead time adjustment ranging from 400 ns to 3 μs. Linktron’s self-developed multi-channel water cooler meets flow requirements from 8-20 liters/min and temperature demands from 20°C to 90°C. The high degree of software customization allows users to adjust ramp rates, output frequencies, current coefficients, and more according to actual needs.
